TO: REGISTERED FUND CPO ADVISORY COMMITTEE RE: REGISTER NOW: REGISTERED FUND CPO ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING AND DINNER, APRIL 28-29 IN WASHINGTON DC
An in-person meeting of the Registered Fund CPO Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, April 29 at ICI’s office in Washington, D.C. (1401 H Street NW). The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern and will conclude no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern. Breakfast (beginning at 8:30 am) and lunch will be served. Please be aware that there will be no video conference or conference call option for this meeting.
We are pleased to announce that Tracey Hunt, Associate Director for Compliance at the National Futures Association, will join us for part of the meeting. We will circulate a draft agenda closer to the meeting date.
We also will host an informal dinner for meeting attendees on Tuesday, April 28.
Details on how to register for the meeting and/or dinner and to reserve a hotel room are provided below. Please make your arrangements as soon as possible because space is limited for the dinner and the hotel, and the guaranteed hotel rate is available only until Friday, April 3.

An informal dinner for meeting attendees will be held on Tuesday, April 28 at MXDC (600 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20005). A cocktail reception will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m. The cost for each participant will be $105.00. Should you need to cancel your registration for the dinner, please do so no later than April 23 to ensure that you will not be charged.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Grand Hyatt Washington (1000 H St NW, Washington, DC 20001) for the night of April 28 at a rate of $279.00. You may make your reservation online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/InvestmentCompanyInstitute2015. Alternatively, you may call the hotel at (888) 421-1442 and mention the Investment Company Institute to receive the discounted rate. Due to the limited number of rooms, we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
