SCHEDULE OF ICI CRO COMMITTEE CALLS AND MEETINGS FOR 2015
Before we get too far into 2015, I wanted to let you know the dates of the quarterly calls and in-person meetings of ICI’s Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Committee for this year. I hope you will go ahead and block these events on your calendar so you can plan to participate in them!
Quarterly Call Schedule:
Spring Call: Wednesday, February 25th from 2 – 3:30 p.m. [Eastern]
Fall Call: Thursday, September 10th from 2 – 3:30 p.m. [Eastern]
As with our previous calls, members of the Committee will receive an email from me a week or so before the call reminding you of the upcoming call and soliciting issues you would like to discuss during with your colleagues during the call, as well as any regulatory updates you would like to receive.
In-Person Committee Meetings
The Committee will meet in-person two times this year, once in May in either Boston or New York, and once in November in Washington, D.C. The November meeting will be paired with a meeting of ICI’s Internal Audit Advisory Committee and, as in the past, part of the meeting will be a joint meeting with the members of that Committee. A meeting notice containing meeting details and registration information will be sent out approximately one month in advance of each meeting. The schedule for these meetings is as follows:
May Meeting: Tuesday, May 19th from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. [Eastern] in either Boston or NYC
Please note that an informal dinner of the Committee will be held in the host city the evening of May 18th.
November Meeting: Thursday, November 12th in Washington, D.C.:
The CRO Meeting will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. [Eastern]
The Joint CRO/Internal Audit Meeting will be held from 2:30 – 5:00 p.m. [Eastern]
The joint meeting will be followed by an informal dinner of both Committees. Information to register for this dinner will be included in the meeting registration notice sent out towards the end of October.
