ICI JOINTLY SUBMITS UPDATED FAQS ON FORMS PQR AND PR TO CFTC AND NFA STAFFS
On December 8, ICI, the Investment Adviser Association (“IAA”), and the Alternative Investment Management Association jointly submitted to the staffs of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) and the National Futures Association (“NFA”) updated “frequently asked questions” and proposed answers (“FAQ”) regarding CFTC Form CPO-PQR, CFTC Form CTA-PR, NFA Form PQR, and NFA Form PR. The FAQ, which is attached, updates and supersedes the FAQ submitted by ICI and the IAA to the CFTC and NFA staffs in June of 2013.
