TO: TAAC ABANDONED PROPERTY TASK FORCETRANSFER AGENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 56-14 RE: ARKANSAS REMINDS HOLDERS OF ITS VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE PROGRAM
The Office of the Auditor for the State of Arkansas has published a notice for holders of unclaimed property to remind them of Arkansas’ Voluntary Disclosure Program. According to the notice, the Program is available to any holder that is not currently under audit or in receipt of an audit commencement letter from the State Auditor.
Attached is a copy of the notice, which contains information regarding the Program and links to websites where holders can obtain Program details and enrollment instructions.
