A joint meeting of the Accounting/Treasurers Committee and the Independent Accountants Advisory Group has been scheduled for June 26, 2014. The meeting will take place at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor from 10:00 a.m. to approximately 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Lunch will be served at the conclusion of the meeting. A draft agenda for the meeting is attached. If you plan to attend please feel free to dress business casual.
Please note that due to enhanced building security procedures, meeting attendees will need to check in at the lobby security desk, where they will be met by ICI staff, who will provide elevator access to the ICI offices. Meeting attendees will not be able to use the elevators without the assistance of ICI staff. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting to avoid delay in accessing the Institute offices. If you arrive at the building after the meeting begins, please call the ICI’s main reception number at 202-326-5800 and request an escort to the committee meeting room. To facilitate your entrance into the building, please remember to register for the meeting.
