TO: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE No. 7-14 RE: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE MEETING - AGENDA & HOTEL - JULY 17 & 18, 2014

 

The next meeting of the Technology Committee will take place on Thursday and Friday July 17 & 18, 2014 in Washington, DC.  The meetings will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.  The Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. on both days. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR DISCUSSION TOPICS FOR “SHOP TALK” ON THE ATTACHED FORM.

Hotel

A block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2201 M Street, NW, Washington, DC (877)782-9444 are reserved for Committee members for the evenings of July 16 & 17, 2014.  The room rate is $319 single/double, please ask for a room in the Investment Company Institute’s room block. Rooms are limited. The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit by Friday June 20, 2014 to receive the room block rate.  Deposits are refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
