TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 15-14 RE: NOTICE OF JUNE 19TH SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE; PLEASE RESPOND BY MAY 30TH

A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, June 19th at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H St., N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC, David Silver Conference Room.  The meeting will be held from12:00 noon (Eastern) to 3:30 pm (Eastern), with lunch available at 11:30 am.

Participation by videoconference will be available from two off-site locations:

Lunch will be served following the meeting in San Mateo, and during the meeting in Chicago.
