ADVISER DISTRIBUTOR TAX ISSUES TASK FORCE No. 4-14 RE: APRIL 16 CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS STATE TAX ISSUES

A conference call will be held on Wednesday, April 16, at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern) with the Advisor Distributor Tax Issues Task Force and the Tax Committee.  We will discuss state tax issues relevant to both funds and managers.  Topics will include monitoring of physical presence, economic nexus, audit activity related to market based sourcing, and any other issues of interest to the group.
