The Institute will hold a conference call on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time to discuss DOL’s proposed 408(b)(2) guide rule and focus group information collection request. [1]  In preparation for the call, we have attached a summary of the comment requests DOL included in the proposed rule.
