TO: DERIVATIVES MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 6-14 RE: AGENDA FOR DERIVATIVES MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING ON FEBRUARY 11, 2014
The next meeting of the Derivatives Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 11, 2014. The meeting will be held at the Investment Company Institute in Washington, D.C., with an offsite location in San Mateo, California (hosted by Franklin Templeton Investments). The meeting will begin promptly at 12 p.m. Eastern time (9 a.m. Pacific time) and should conclude no later than 3:30 p.m. Eastern time (12:30 p.m. Pacific time). Lunch will be served at the D.C. location starting at 11:30 a.m. ET, and breakfast will be served at the San Mateo location starting at 8:30 a.m. PT.
Attached is the agenda for the meeting. We are pleased to have two guest speakers joining us for the meeting. Leonard Ng and Matthew Denning, partners in the UK office of Sidley and Austin, will discuss implication of EMIR for registered funds.
