TO: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE No. 10-13 RE: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE MEETING - NOVEMBER 12 & 13, 2013
The next meeting of the Technology Committee will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday November 12 & 13, 2013 at American Century, 4500 Main St., Kansas City, MO 64141-6200. The Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on November 12 and 13 and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. on both days. A preliminary agenda is forthcoming. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR DISCUSSION TOPICS FOR “SHOP TALK”. Please submit your questions on the attached form.
Hotel
A block of rooms at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza, 4445 Main Street, Kansas City, MO - (816) 531-3000 are reserved for Committee members for the evenings of November 11 & 12, 2013. The room rate is $158 single/double, please ask for a room in the Investment Company Institute’s (Technology Committee) room block. Rooms are limited. The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit by Friday October 18, 2013 to receive the room block rate. Deposits are refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay the standard amount of $98.00 via credit card as part of the registration process.
