This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Transfer Agent Advisory Committee starting at 8:30 a.m. on June
19, 1991 at the Bostonian Hotel which is located at Faneuil Hall
Marketplace, North Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109. Lunch
will be served and the meeting is expected to continue until 3:00
p.m.
For your convenience, we have booked sleeping rooms at the
Bostonian Hotel for the night of June 18 at $155.00 per night.

800/343-0922 by June 1, 1991 and ask for a room in the
