RE: AGENDA FOR JUNE 6-7 MEETING IN ST. LOUIS

Attached is the agenda for the June 6-7 meeting of the
Insurance Broker-Dealer Advisory Committee which is scheduled to
begin at 9:00 a.m. on June 6 and is expected to continue until
4:00 p.m.. On the following morning, June 7, the meeting will
begin at 8:30 and will continue until noon. Continental
Breakfast will be served on both mornings and lunch will be
served on the 6th. Both day's sessions will be held at the Hyatt
Regency Hotel located at One St. Louis Union Station, St. Louis,
Missouri 63101.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping
rooms at the Hyatt for the nights of June 5 and 6 at a rate of
$95.00 per night single or double. To make room reservations for
yourself, please call the hotel by May 10 at 314/231-1234 and ask
for a room in the Walnut Street/ICI block.
Rosemary Fairhead of Walnut Street Securities has arranged
for you to see a baseball game on the evening of June 6. The
game will be between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Los Angeles
Dodgers. The ticket price is $32.00 per person and that will
include entry to the park, beer, soda, a score card, etc.
Rosemary said you can pay her either by sending her a check made
out to Walnut Street Securities or by paying her in St. Louis
when you arrive on June 6.
