Notice of June 13th SEC Rules Committee Meeting and Videoconference; Please Respond By May 31st

TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 20-13 RE: NOTICE OF JUNE 13TH SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE; PLEASE RESPOND BY MAY 31ST

A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, June 13th at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H St., N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC, David Silver Conference Room.  The meeting will begin at 12:00 noon (Eastern), with lunch available at 11:30 am.

We are pleased to announce that our guest speaker will be Barry Miller, Associate Director, Disclosure, Review and Accounting, Division of Investment Management, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  Please send topics or questions you would like Mr. Miller to address to Frances Stadler at frances@ici.org, or provide them in the “Suggested Agenda Items” field on the registration website.

Lunch will be served following the meeting in San Mateo, and during the meeting in Chicago.
