TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 13-13 RE: DRAFT ICI SUBMISSION ON IRS PRIORITY GUIDANCE PLAN FOR YOUR REVIEW
Attached for your review is a draft of the ICI’s submission to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and the Treasury Department providing recommendations, in response to IRS Notice 2013-22, for items to be included on the IRS/Treasury 2013-2014 Guidance Priority List. The ICI has been recommending items for inclusion on this Guidance Priority List for more than ten years. This year’s submission adds a new request for guidance on the EU reclaims issue.
