The preliminary agenda and shop talk discussion topics for the next meeting of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee (“TAAC”) are attached for your information. The meeting will take place in the Delaware Room at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, 2660 Woodley Road, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20008. We will meet on Tuesday, April 30 from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. ET and on Wednesday, May 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. E.T. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday. Attire for the meeting is business.

Committee Dinner – April 30
The Committee dinner will be held on Tuesday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m. at Ardeo & Bardeo, which is located at 3311 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20008 (within walking distance of MWP). Attire for the dinner is business casual. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel three business days in advance in order to receive a refund.
