TO: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 10-13 RE: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE - JUNE 13, 2013 IN DUBLIN AND BOSTON

 

The next meeting of the ICI International Operations Advisory Committee (“IOAC”) will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at State Street International (Ireland), 78 Sir Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2 and State Street (U.S.), One Lincoln Street, Boston, MA 02111. In Dublin, State Street will host a networking lunch at noon.  The meeting will begin at 1:00p.m. GMT and conclude at approximately 7:00 p.m. GMT. In Boston, the meeting will begin at 8:00 a.m. ET and conclude at approximately 2:00 p.m. ET.  Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. 

Committee Dinner

The ICI will host a Committee dinner for the meeting attendees in Dublin on Thursday, June 13 at 7:30 p.m. GMT at a venue to be selected.  There will be a cost of $98.00 for the dinner, which you will pay at the time that you register. Attire for the dinner is business casual.

Online Meeting Registration

Please register for the IOAC meeting, dinner and associated events by May 6, 2013. Registration can be accomplished online at www.ici.org/reg/ioac. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the Committee dinner will pay the fee via credit card as part of the registration process. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel 3 business days in advance in order to receive a refund.
