TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 6-13 RE: RECOMMENDATIONS FOR 2013-14 IRS AND TREASURY GUIDANCE PRIORITY LIST
IRS Notice 2013-22 requests recommendations for the 2013-2014 Guidance Priority List. ICI will prepare a list of recommendations that includes the outstanding items we have previously recommended for guidance as well as any new items raised by the members. [1]
Please provide any recommendations for the ICI submission by April 12th.
The ICI’s draft letter and the members’ recommendations will be discussed during our April 25th Tax Committee call.
