The next meeting of the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee will be held on Tuesday, April 30 from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. ET and Wednesday, May 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET. The meeting will take place at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, 2660 Woodley Road, NW, Washington, D.C. 20008.
Committee Dinner –April 30
There will be a dinner for the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee on Tuesday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m. ET at Ardeo & Bardeo, which is located at 3311 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20008 (within walking distance of MWP). Attire for the dinner is business casual.
Online Meeting Registration
Please register for the TAAC meeting and associated dinner by April 1, 2013. Registration can be accomplished online at www.ici.org/reg/taac. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the Committee dinner will pay a flat amount of $98.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel more than 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund.
ICI Conferences May 1-3
The ICI Operations & Technology Conference, the General Membership Meeting (GMM), the Mutual Fund Compliance Programs Conference and the IDC’s Investment Company Directors Workshop will all take place on May 1-3 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. There is one registration fee to gain access to all four conference tracks. Registration and program information is available at: http://gmm.ici.org/.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, 2660 Woodley Road, NW, Washington, D.C. 20008 for the GMM and associated events including the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee meeting. The group room rate is $339 (single) or $373 (double) per night. Please make your hotel reservations online using this link MARRIOTT WARDMAN PARK in order to receive the group rate. Make your room reservations early because we are expecting the room block to sell out. Please note that the hotel is not accepting reservations by phone for the ICI room block. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You will receive acknowledgement of your hotel confirmation via email. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of arrival to avoid penalty.
