The final agenda for the March 5 meeting of the ICI International Operations Advisory Committee (“IOAC”) is attached for your information.
Meeting Time & Locations
The IOAC meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in both Washington D.C. and London with the meeting sites linked by video conference. The Washington D.C. location is the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20005. The London location is Franklin Templeton Investments, The Adelphi, 1-11 John Adam Street, 11th floor, London WC2N 6HT.
In Washington D.C. the meeting will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. ET. Continental breakfast will be provided prior to the start of the meeting and lunch will be available after the meeting concludes. In London, the meeting will be preceded by a networking lunch to begin at 12:00 p.m. GMT and the meeting will take place from 1:00-6:00 p.m. GMT.
Committee Dinner – Monday, March 4 in Washington, D.C.
A Committee dinner will be held at Woodward Table in Washington D.C. at 7:00pm EST on Monday, March 4. Woodward Table is located at 1426 H Street, N.W. (across from ICI). The restaurant’s telephone number is (202)347-5353. Attire for the dinner is casual. The dinner cost is $98.00 per person, which you will pay at the time that you register for the IOAC dinner. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel more than 3 business days in advance in order to receive a refund. There will not be a dinner organized by ICI in London.
