ICI GLOBAL SECURITIES LENDING & REPO TASK FORCE No. 3-13 RE: ICI GLOBAL COMMENT LETTER IN RESPONSE TO FSB CONSULTATION ON SECURITIES LENDING AND REPO MARKETS

 

ICI Global has filed the attached comment letter in response to the FSB’s consultation on proposed policy recommendations to improve the transparency associated with securities lending and repos; regulate securities financing; and address structural aspects of the securities financing markets.

The letter has been revised to reflect member comments on the draft letter circulated on 9 January 2013. [1]
