TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 5-13 RE: NOTICE OF SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE ON FEBRUARY 27, 2013; PLEASE RESPOND BY FEBRUARY 15TH

 

The next meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.  The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Lunch will be available beginning at 11:45 a.m.
