RE: CHANGE OF MEETING TIME - JUNE 13, 1991

This is to notify you that the starting time for the
meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee scheduled for
June 13, 1991 has been changed to 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be
held in the Continential Room at the Embassy Row Hotel, 2015
Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20036. Lunch will be
served and the meeting is expected to continue until
approximately 4:00 p.m.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping
rooms at the Embassy Row Hotel for the night of June 12 at
$140.00 single and $160.00 double. These prices will be in
effect only through May 22 so we urge you to make your
reservations as soon as possible by calling the hotel at 202/265-
1600 and ask for a room in the Investment Company Institute
block.
