REMINDER - NOVEMBER 8 MONEY MARKET FUNDS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING; LOCATION MOVE TO FIDELITY OFFICES, AGENDA ATTACHED
A meeting of the Money Market Funds Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, November 8, 2012, in Auditorium Y/Z at the offices of Fidelity Investments, 245 Summer Street, 14th Floor, Boston (not the Seaport Hotel as previously announced). The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time and we anticipate it will conclude no later than 1:00p.m.
We have invited SEC Commissioner Troy Paredes to speak about SEC initiatives related to money market funds. In addition, Ken Anadu, Senior Analyst, and Steffanie Brady, Senior Financial Services Market Specialist of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston will make a presentation on their recent working paper regarding money market funds, which is available at http://www.bos.frb.org/bankinfo/qau/wp/2012/qau1203.htm?video=3000107563&play=1 We have also scheduled a dinner for Wednesday, November 7, at 6:45 p.m. at Strega Waterfront, One Marina Park Dr. (56 Northern Ave.), Boston.
