Committee Meeting

A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for Monday, November 26 at the offices of UBS, 1285 Avenue of the Americas, 14th Floor, New York, NY.  The meeting will begin at 3:30 p.m. ET and end at approximately 6:30 p.m. ET. 

If you plan to attend, please register no later than November 12, 2012 through the following link: www.ici.org/reg/closed.  When you register, please provide potential topics you would like to discuss at the meeting.  We will be sending out an agenda closer to the meeting date.

Closed-End Fund Conference

Please also note that the ICI will be holding the 2012 Closed-End Fund Conference on Tuesday, November 27 at the New York Marriott Downtown, 85 West Street at Albany Street, New York, NY.  The conference will feature industry experts discussing the most recent regulatory and market developments affecting closed-end funds.
