TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 58-12 RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR OCTOBER 15-16 SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND DINNER
The annual in-person meeting of the SEC Rules Committee is quickly approaching. This year’s meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, October 16th, will be held at ICI’s offices located at 1401 H St., N.W., Washington, D.C., in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time and end by 3:30 p.m. The committee dinner will be held on Monday, October 15th. Attached is the draft meeting agenda.
We are pleased to announce that our guest speaker will be Jennifer McHugh, Senior Advisor to the Chairman at the SEC. Please think of questions you would like to ask Jennifer, or feel free to forward any questions you would like us to ask on your behalf to Frances Stadler at frances@ici.org.
If you have not already done so, please register for the meeting and dinner on our registration site at www.ici.org/reg/sec. The dinner will be held the evening of Monday, October 15th at Brasserie Beck, 1101 K St., N.W., Washington, D.C, with a reception beginning at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m. The cost to attend the dinner is $98. Please note that if you cancel within 72 hours of the reception and dinner, your payment will not be refunded.
