RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - WEDNESDAY, MAY 22, 1991

A meeting of the Investment Issues Committee has been
scheduled for Wednesday, May 22, 1991, commencing with a working
luncheon at 1:30 p.m. in Room 16 located on the Meeting Room
level at the Ramada Renaissance Techworld, 999 Ninth Street,
N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will last no longer than two
hours.
This meeting is scheduled in conjunction with the Board of
Governors meeting which is scheduled to take place between 11:00
a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on May 22 in the adjoining Salon B at the same
Ramada Renaissance Techworld.
The agenda for the meeting along with supporting materials
will be mailed to you separately in early April.
Please indicate your attendance by returning the attached
form to ICI before April 5, 1991.
