The final agenda for the September 20 meeting of the ICI International Operations Advisory Committee (“IOAC”) is attached for your information.
Meeting Time & Locations
The IOAC meeting will take place on Thursday, September 20, 2012 in both Luxembourg and New York City with the meeting sites linked by video conference. The meeting will be hosted by BNP Paribas at 50, Avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-2951 Luxembourg and 787 7th Avenue (51st & 7th Avenues), New York, NY 10019.
In New York, the meeting will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. ET. Continental breakfast will be provided at the start of the meeting and lunch will be available after the meeting concludes. In Luxembourg, the meeting will be preceded by a networking lunch to begin at 12:30 p.m. CET. The IOAC meeting will take place from 2:00-7:00 p.m. CET.
Committee Dinner – September 20 in Luxembourg
A Committee dinner will be held at Chez Bacano in Luxembourg at 8:00pm CET on September 20. Chez Bacano is located at 59, Rue de Clausen, Grund, L-1342 Luxembourg. The restaurant’s telephone number is (352)431840. Attire for the dinner is casual. The dinner cost is $85.00 per person, which you will pay at the time that you register for the IOAC dinner. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel more than 3 business days in advance in order to receive a refund.
