Given the positive response the Institute received regarding the implementation of a working group to discuss the 408(b)(2) disclosure rule summary or guide, we have scheduled an initial working group conference call for Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. The purpose of the initial call is to discuss the overall summary or guide concept and outline a planning agenda for future working group calls. For your convenience, we have attached the Department of Labor’s “sample guide” that was included as a appendix to the final 408(b)(2) rule.
