RE: NOTICE OF ONE AND ONE-HALF DAY MEETING - JUNE 6-7, 1991

This is to advise you of a one and one-half day meeting of
the INSURANCE BROKER-DEALER ADVISORY COMMITTEE on June 6 and 7,
1991 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel located at One St. Louis Union
Station, St. Louis, Missouri 63101. The June 6 session will
begin at 9:00 a.m. with continental breakfast; lunch, too, will
be served and the meeting is expected to continue until
approximately 4:00 p.m. On the seventh, we will begin with
continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and continue the meeting until
noon when it is expected to end. A brochure of St. Louis Union
Station is enclosed for your information.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping
rooms at the Hyatt for the nights of June 5 and 6 at a rate of
$95.00 per night single or double. To make room reservations for
yourself, please call the hotel by May 10 at 314/231-1234 and ask
for a room in the Walnut Street/ICI block.
For your enjoyment, Rosemary Fairhead of Walnut Street
Securities has arranged for you to see a baseball game on the
evening of June 6. The game will be between the St. Louis
Cardinals and the Los Angeles Dodgers. The ticket price is
$32.00 per person and that will include entry to the park, beer,
soda, a score card, etc.
So that we can accurately gauge the number of persons who
will attend, please complete the attached form and return it by

(1) Current list of INSURANCE BROKER-DEALER ADVISORY
COMMITTEE members.
(2) Revised draft of the standard new account application.
(3) Materials explaining the purpose and activities of the
Group of Thirty.
Finally, we wish to solicit your assistance in developing
the agenda for the meeting. Please convey your suggestions for
agenda items to Bruce Avery either in writing or by telephone.
Bruce's address and phone number are on the enclosed list of
committee members. An agenda will be sent to you before the
meeting.
