A joint meeting of the Accounting/Treasurers Committee and the Independent Accountants Advisory Group has been scheduled for June 14, 2012. The meeting will take place at the offices of the Dodge & Cox, 555 California Street, San Francisco, CA. The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. Western time and is scheduled to conclude at approximately 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served after the conclusion of the meeting. A draft agenda for the meeting is attached.
Enter on the California Street side of the building, and provide your name to the Dodge & Cox representative next to the 38th Floor elevator bank. Follow the signs on the 38th Floor to the South Bay Conference Room. If you arrive after the meeting start time you will need to check-in with the Building Security Desk and proceed to the 39th floor reception desk.
