The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place on Wednesday, July 25 and Thursday, July 26, 2012 at the offices of Eaton Vance located at Two International Place, Boston, MA 02110. Eaton Vance is approximately 4 miles (10 minutes estimated driving time) from the Logan International Airport. The meetings will take place on the third floor in the Seminar Room. Please check in with the reception desk before proceeding to the conference room. On Wednesday, July 25, lunch will be served at noon, the meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday, July 26, continental breakfast will be available at 8:15 a.m., the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m., lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is expected to conclude by 2:00 p.m. Please note that all times are reflected in Eastern Time. Attire for the meeting is business casual.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf located at 296 State Street, Boston, MA 02109 for the evenings of July 24th and July 25th at a rate of $249.00 per night. Eaton Vance is approximately a half mile from the Marriott Long Wharf. To make reservations, please call the hotel at (617)227-0800 or (800)228-9290 and indicate that you are an Investment Company Institute meeting attendee. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by July 6, 2012 to receive the block room rate. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.
Committee Dinner
The Committee dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, July 25. Further details on the dinner location will be forthcoming. The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:30 p.m. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay a standard amount of $98.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Please note that if you confirm attendance for the BDAC dinner and cancel within 3 business days of the scheduled event, you will be charged the $98.00. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
