TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 32-12 RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR JUNE 7TH SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING

 

The next meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, June 7th. The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute (1401 H St., N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, D.C.) beginning at 12:00 pm (Eastern), with lunch available at 11:30 am.

Lunch will be served following the meeting in San Mateo, and during the meeting in Chicago.

We are pleased to announce that Bob Plaze, Deputy Director of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, will be our guest speaker. I encourage Committee members to take advantage of the opportunity to pose questions to Bob at the meeting.
