The next meeting of the Municipal Securities Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, May 31, 2012, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time and should conclude no later than 2:00 p.m. Lunch will be served at Noon. The final agenda is attached.
To kick off the meeting, SEC Commissioner Elisse Walter will speak about SEC initiatives relating to the municipal securities markets. In addition, MSRB Board Chair Alan Polsky and Executive Director Lynnette Kelly will lead a discussion of the MSRB’s priorities and regulatory initiatives.
