RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - WEDNESDAY, MAY 22, 1991

A meeting of the Board of Governors has been scheduled
for Wednesday, May 22, 1991, commencing at 11:00 am in Salon A
located on the Ballroom level at the Ramada Renaissance
Techworld, 999 Ninth Street, NW, Washington, DC. The meeting
will last until about 1:30 pm. A luncheon will follow in Salon
B.
This meeting is scheduled in conjunction with the annual
General Membership Meeting. The opening reception for the GMM
begins at 6:30 p.m.
I hope you will make every effort to attend this important
meeting of the Board of Governors and that you plan to attend as
much of the General Membership Meeting as your schedule allows.
Please indicate in the space provided below whether or not

the Institute.
