TO: EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 7-12 RE: SAVE THE DATE - JUNE 6 EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
A meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time in the 12th Floor Conference Room and will conclude no later than 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be served. A draft meeting agenda will follow under separate cover.
In addition to a discussion of the agenda items, senior staff from the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets will attend the meeting to discuss trading and market structure issues. Given the number of significant issues currently being examined relating to trading and market structure reform, please make every effort to send a representative from your firm to the meeting.
