RE: NOTICE OF MEETING, APRIL 16, 1991

The SEC Rules Committee meeting has been scheduled for
Tuesday, April 16, 1991 at the Madison Hotel, 1177 15th Street,
N.W., Washington, DC. A joint luncheon with the Investment
Advisers committee will be provided following the meeting. The
Investment Advisers Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Madison for
attendees. The telephone number is 202/862-1600. The cut-off
date for you to make reservations is March 25, 1991. When you
phone for reservations, please be sure to mention that you are
attending the Investment Company Institute’s meeting.
Please remember that the space at the meeting is limited to
members of the committee, or their alternates. To assist us in
obtaining an accurate registration of attendees, please indicate
in the space provided on the attached registration form if you or
an alternate plan to attend the meeting and luncheon.
