TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 24-12 RE: NOTICE OF SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE - JUNE 7th; PLEASE RESPOND BY MAY 30th

 

A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, June 7th at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H St., N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC, David Silver Conference Room. The meeting will begin at 12:00 noon (Eastern), with lunch available at 11:30 am.

Participation by videoconference will be available from two off-site locations:

Lunch will be served following the meeting in San Mateo, and during the meeting in Chicago.

Please register for the meeting at www.ici.org/reg/sec. In completing the online registration form, we ask that you provide any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting.
