Hotel, 1177 15th Street, N.W., Washington, DC. A joint luncheon
with the SEC Rules Committee will be provided preceding the
meeting. The SEC Rules Committee will meet at 10:00 a.m.

your own hotel reservations by March 25, 1991. When you phone
for reservations, please be sure to mention that you are
attending the Investment Company Institute’s meeting.
