TO: RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE No. 1-12 RE: NOTICE OF UPCOMING MEETINGS IN WASHINGTON, D.C.: JOINT RISK MANAGEMENT/INTERNAL AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING MAY 23RD; RISK MANAGEMENT MEETING MAY 24TH; RSVP BY MAY 4TH

 

The next meeting of the Institute’s Risk Management Committee is scheduled for Thursday, May 24th from 10:00 to 2 p.m. at the ICI’s offices, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, D.C. Also, there will be a joint meeting of the ICI’s Risk Management Committee and Internal Audit Advisory Committee on Wednesday, May 23rd from 2:15-5 p.m., followed by an informal dinner of the two Committees. As you may recall, we conducted a similar joint meeting and informal dinner of these two committees last year and, based on favorable comments from members, decided to repeat the format this year.

If you plan to attend either of these meetings or the dinner, you must let us know no later than May 4th by registering through the following link: www.ici.org/reg/risk. All persons attending the dinner will be billed for their pro-rata share of the total cost. Also, when you register you will also be asked to submit issues for discussion at the Risk Management meeting, which will be included in the meeting agenda. Once a draft agenda is prepared, it will be circulated to meeting attendees in advance of the meeting.
