June 5 and 6, 2012 Tax Committee Meetings in Milwaukee, WI

TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 16-12 RE: JUNE 5 AND 6, 2012 TAX COMMITTEE MEETINGS IN MILWAUKEE, WI

 

The next regularly-scheduled meetings of the Tax Committee will be held on June 5 and June 6, 2012, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the Pfister Hotel, 424 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Tuesday, June 5 meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will be preceded by lunch. The Wednesday, June 6 Tax Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be preceded by breakfast. Lunch will be served at the conclusion of the meeting on Tuesday. A complete preliminary agenda for both the June 5 and June 6 meetings will be distributed approximately one week prior to the meetings.

Hotel Reservations

We have arranged for a room block for Tuesday, June 5, at the Pfister Hotel, which is located at 424 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Please make your reservations by calling 1-800-472-4403. To receive the preferred hotel rate of $154 per night plus tax, reserve your hotel room by Friday, May 11, 2012, and ask for the ICI Tax Committee rate.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit

Meeting attendees are eligible for approximately 7.00 hours of CPE credit (Taxation). The Investment Company Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (“NASBA”) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
