RE: NOTICE OF MEETINGS, THURSDAY, APRIL 18, 1991

The Tax and Pension Committee meetings have been scheduled
for Thursday, April 18, 1991. The Tax Committee will meet at
10:00 a.m. and the Pension Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. The
meetings will be held at the Sheraton Washington Hotel, 2660
Woodley Road, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20008. A joint luncheon
will be served immediately following the Tax Committee meeting.
Committee members are invited to attend both meetings that day.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton
Washington Hotel. Please call 202/328-2000, as soon as possible,
if you wish to make a reservation. The cut-off date for the
preferred room rate is Thursday, March 28, 1991.
Please remember that the space at the meeting is limited to
members of the committees, or their alternates. To assist us in
obtaining an accurate registration of attendees, please indicate
in the space provided below if you or an alternate plan to attend
the meetings and luncheon.
Please be advised that the next Tax and Pension Committee
meetings will be held on October 10, 1991. The meetings will be
held at the Washington Hilton. More information will be provided
as October approaches.
