TO: BROKER/DEALER ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 10-12 RE: BDAC MEETING NOTICE - APRIL 25-26, 2012
The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place on Wednesday, April 25 and Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the offices of Fidelity Investments located at 2 Destiny Way, Westlake, TX 76262. Fidelity Investments is approximately 14.5 miles (18 minutes estimated driving time) from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The meetings will take place on the first floor in the Hawthorne Room. Please sign in at the reception desk before proceeding into the conference room. On Wednesday, April 25, lunch will be served at noon, the meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. On Thursday, April 26, continental breakfast will be available at 8:15 a.m., the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m., lunch will be served at noon and the meeting is expected to conclude by 2:00 p.m. Please note that the times are in Central Standard Time. Attire for the meeting is business casual.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Solana located at 5 Village Circle, Westlake, TX 76262 for the evenings of April 24th and April 25th at a rate of $159.00 per night. Fidelity is approximately 1.8 miles from the Marriott Solana. To make reservations, please call the hotel at (817)430-5000 or (800)228-9290 and indicate that you are an Investment Company Institute meeting attendee. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by April 10, 2012 to receive the block room rate. Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.
Committee Dinner
The Committee dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, April 25 at the Trophy Club Country Club located at 500 Trophy Club Drive, Trophy Club, TX 76262. The Trophy Club is approximately 2.5 miles (7minutes estimated driving time) from the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Solana. The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:30 p.m. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay a standard amount of $98.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Please note that if you confirm attendance for the BDAC dinner and cancel within 3 business days of the scheduled event, you will be charged the $98.00. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
