TO: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 4-12 RE: FINAL AGENDA FOR IOAC MEETING - FEBRUARY 27, 2012

 

The final agenda for the February 27 meeting of the ICI International Operations Advisory Committee (“IOAC”) is attached for your information. 

Meeting Time & Locations

The IOAC meeting will take place in Dublin, Ireland and New York, NY, with the meeting sites linked by video conference. HSBC Securities Services will host the meeting in both locations - 1 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 and HSBC Asia North, Tower 11, 452 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10018.

In New York, the IOAC meeting will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. ET. Continental breakfast will be provided at the start of the meeting and lunch will be available at the conclusion of the meeting. In Dublin, the meeting will take place from 1:00-7:00 p.m. GMT and will be preceded by a networking lunch at 12:00p.m. GMT.

Committee Dinner – February 27 in Dublin

A Committee dinner will be held in Dublin at Roly’s Bistro at 8:00p.m. GMT on February 27. Roly’s is located at 7 Ballsbridge Terrace, Dublin 4, Ireland. The dinner cost is $85.00 per person, which you will pay at the time that you register for the IOAC dinner. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel more than 3 business days in advance in order to receive a refund.
