ANTI-APARTHEID FILINGS

The Institute has been informed that despite the recent
California Court of Appeal ruling declaring Proposition 105
unconstitutional, the California Secretary of State will continue
to accept and file the South Africa Business Notices. The
notices will be accepted and filed until the decision becomes
final, pending any requests by the California Attorney General to
request a rehearing or appeal the decision to the California
Supreme Court.
A copy of the Notice from the California Secretary of State
is attached. We will keep you advised of further developments.
