TO: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE No. 3-12 RE: TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE MEETING REGISTRATION - MARCH 1 & 2, 2012

 

The next meeting of the Technology Committee will take place on Thursday and Friday, March 1 & 2, 2012 in San Francisco. On March 1st, the meeting will take place at BlackRock, 400 Howard Street at First Street and on March 2nd, the meeting will take place at Charles Schwab, 215 Fremont Street. The Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on March 1st and 2nd and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. on both days. A preliminary agenda is forthcoming as well as details on the Committee dinner. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR DISCUSSION TOPICS FOR “SHOP TALK”.

Online Registration

Please register for this Committee meeting and dinner using our Cvent online registration at www.ici.org/reg/tech. Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the Committee dinner will pay the standard amount of $85.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Hotel

A limited number of rooms at the Four Seasons San Francisco, 757 Market Street, (415) 633-3000 are reserved for Committee members at a rate of $209. Please submit the attached form to BlackRock in order to secure a room. The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit by Friday, January 27, 2012 to receive the room block rate. Deposits are refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
