RE: MASSACHUSETTS REVISED BUSINESS TRUSTS REPORT FORM

As we previously informed you, the Massachusetts Secretary
of State revised its annual report form for Massachusetts
business trusts. (See Memorandum to State Securities Members No.
6-91, dated January 30, 1991.)
The Institute has been informed that Rule 950 CMR 109.05
and the annual report form have subsequently been revised to
clarify that if the trust has more than one trustee, then at
least two trustees must sign the form.

attached. We will keep you advised of any further developments.
