The Institute will hold another conference call to discuss implementation of the final DOL participant disclosure regulation [1] on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 3:00 pm ET. As with prior calls on this topic, the purpose of this call is to allow committee members to discuss specific issues and compliance approaches in preparing for the new rules.
