ETF (EXCHANGE-TRADED FUNDS) COMMITTEE No. 47-11 RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR DECEMBER 5 EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
In conjunction with ICI’s Equity Markets Conference to be held on December 6, 2011 in New York, the next meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Monday, December 5, 2011. The meeting will take place at the New York Marriott Downtown, 85 West Street, New York, New York. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. Eastern. A draft meeting agenda is attached.
In addition to a discussion of the agenda items, senior staff from the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets and FINRA will participate in the meeting to discuss trading and market structure issues. Given the number of significant issues currently being examined relating to trading and market structure reform, please make every effort to send a representative from your firm to the meeting. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude no later than 5:00 p.m.
