CCO Committee Dates to Save - Next In-Person Meeting Set for Wednesday, Feb. 1st in Washington, D.C.; Next Call Set for Dec. 15th

TO: CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER COMMITTEE No. 16-11 RE: CCO COMMITTEE DATES TO SAVE - NEXT IN-PERSON MEETING SET FOR WEDNESDAY, FEB. 1st IN WASHINGTON, D.C.; NEXT CALL SET FOR DEC. 15th

The SEC has informed the ICI that its October National CCOutreach program has been rescheduled in Washington, D.C. for Tuesday, January 31st,.  Accordingly, we have tentatively scheduled the next in-person meeting of the ICI’s CCO Committee for Wednesday, February 1st from approximately 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Such date will remain tentative until we know for sure that the SEC’s program will occur on January 31st.  Accordingly, please save the date on your calendars.  You may want to refrain from making any travel arrangements until we are assured of the SEC’s new date.  Once we receive such assurances, we will send a memo notifying you that the date is firm and ask you to RSVP if you plan to attend the meeting.

Also, please note that our next quarterly conference call of the Committee will be on Thursday, December 15th from 1-2:30 p.m.  (This call, which had been originally scheduled for December 13th was moved to avoid a conflict with the ICI’s Securities Law Developments Conference.) An email soliciting issues to discuss during that call will be sent to members the first week of December.
